1 on 1 Session
At Rising Within, one-on-one Reiki session is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
In the business of everyday life, it is easy to become disconnected from our inner balance. These sessions are designed to create a sacred space where you're body, mind and energy can gently release what is no longer serving you and return to a natural state of harmony.
A 1 on 1 Holy Fire Reiki session is deeply restorative and personalized experience designed to support your body, mind and energetic system. This sacred healing space invites you to slow down, reconnect within, and receive exactly what you system is ready for.
Each session intuitively weaves together Holy Fire Reiki , Holy Fire Reiki Crystal Healing, intuitive energy healing, chakra clearing and restoration, and reiki drumming, each session supports deep relaxation, energetic restoration, and a remembrance of your inner strength, clarity and peace.
No two sessions are ever the same. Every session is guided intuitively and unfolds in the way that is most supportive for you in that moment.
What The Session May Include

You will be invited to lay comfortably, fully clothed, in a sacred, calm and supportive environment. Before the session begins, I will go over a breathing exercise you will use once the session begins and cover any questions that you may have before the session is started. Remind you that physical touch is not necessary if you are not comfortable with it. Then you will be asked to recite a prayer to yourself to set an intention for the session .
As The Session Begins:

You will close your eyes when ready & start the breathing exercise.

Crystals are placed on or around the body using Holy Fire Reiki Crystal Healing grids to support chakra alignment, grounding, protection and energetic activation.

Holy Fire Reiki Drumming will be used to help you get into a meditative state, help shift stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and bring the body and energy field into a deeper harmony.

Holy Fire Reiki energy flow gently to areas of your body and energy field that are ready for healing and restoration.

Intuitive Energy Healing helps identify and clear energetic blocks, stored emotional patterns or areas of stagnation.

To complete the session it is sealed, you are grounded and slowly brought back to your body and the room.

Once you are fully present we then discuss anything that came up during the session, if you feel called to do so.
Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by your body’s wisdom and what you are ready to receive.

Every session is unique & meets you exactly where you are in your journey.
During the session I work within your energetic field using a combination of supportive practices:
Holy Fire Usui Reiki: A refined healing energy that helps purify, restore, and strengthen the energetic system while creating a deep sense of peace and safety.
Crystal Reiki Healing: Crystal grids are intuitively chosen to support areas that may need clearing, grounding, or energetic amplification.
Intuitive Energy Healing: Guided by your energy, areas of imbalance are gently cleared and supported.
Chakra Clearing & Restoration: Chakras that may be overactive, underachieve or holding stagnant energy are balanced to restore natural flow.
Reiki Drumming & Sound Healing: Rhythmic drumming and sound healing helps shift stagnant energy while grounding and anchoring the healing frequencies into the body.
Following the session, intuitive observations and guidance may be shared depending on the option you choose.
While you are sleeping your body will fully integrate the session. You do not need to set aside time or lay down intentionally. The session will take place within 2-7 day window after booking. If you have a specific date you would like the session to take place on, you are welcome to note that in your booking. Once your session is complete you will receive a message the morning after explaining what took place during the session and any intuitive guidance that came through.
Gifting a Healing Session for Someone You Love
There is also the option to purchase a distant healing session for someone you care about who may benefit from additional energetic support. Out of respect for personal privacy and energetic sovereignty, intuitive details from the session are not shared with the person who purchased the session. If the loved one is aware of the distant healing and would like to receive the insights or guidance that came through, I would be happy to send that information directly to them. Each session is held with compassion and presence, offering a supportive space for release, renewal and a deeper connection within.
